4 Feb 1921- Enlisted in the Royal Marines as a Bugler, in Portsmouth, Hampshire at the age of 14. Living - 65 Leesland Road, Gosport, Hampshire, England. Complexion - Fair, Eyes - Hazel, Hair - Brown.
Rank - Bugler until 11 Nov 1925 when he became a Marine. Albert served in many places over the years, including - HMS Victoria and Albert AND HMS Hood. It was HMS Hood where Alberts Service ended along with his life.

1937: Albert received the King George VI Coronation Medal, Ship he was serving on at the time was Victoria Albert.
1941: Serving on HMS Hood when she sank during WW2 by the Bismarck, Service Number PO/21511.

Albert married Grace Florence Chivers, daughter of Russell Alfred Chivers and Ethel Ivy Wiggins, on 17 Nov 1939 in Alverstoke Parish Church, Alverstoke, Gosport, Hampshire. (Grace Florence Chivers was born on 17 Oct 1919 in 7 Cobden Street, Forton, Gosport, Hamphsire, died on 29 May 1970 in Gosport, Hamshire and was buried on 4 Jun 1970 in Portchester Crematorium, Portchester, Hampshire.). The cause of her death was Lung Cancer.
