Martha suffered from Gestational Epilepsy while she was pregnant with her 9th pregnancy ( at the age of 41) Martha spent the last 12 years of her life in the Forston Asylum where she was considered ` disordered in hersenses`. Forston Asylum went on to become the Herrison Hospital ( a mental institution) which was closed in the early 1980`s.
